To ensure that you make the best product choice for your skin type, we recommend that you read the information listed on the product pages carefully prior to purchasing online. If you are a first time user of Coast to Coast products and require further information, please don’t hesitate to contact our skin care consultant who will be able to answer your questions and offer skin care advice at info@coasttocoastaustralia.com.

Postage & Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse in Australia and are processed within1-3 business days. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Australia

Coast to Coast provides free delivery within Australia for orders of $100 or more. For orders less than $100, a shipping and handling fee of $10 applies.
All orders are delivered using Australia Post Express Delivery so that we can track all orders with a serial number. Please allow up to 7 business days from the time you submit your order for delivery. Should there be a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you immediately by email. We are unable to accept liability for loss of orders once we’ve passed them on to Australia Post. Packages that are returned to us and marked as “Return to Sender” or “Invalid Address” will be credited back to your credit card, less the shipping and handling fee.

International

We currently ship orders within Australia only, however we are working to provide our international customers with the ability to place orders soon.

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard.

Returns

If your order contains faulty products or breakages, we will gladly arrange a replacement within 14 days of receipt. Please contact customer service at info@coasttocoastaustralia.com, quoting your order number.
